The lightweight clear texture absorbs instantly into skin, easily penetrating the deeper layers. This gel cream improves skin's moisture level and soothes hypersensitivity, keeping the skin balanced and vibrant. The combination of Oat and Panthenol provides a splash of hydration and additional nutrients while creating a protective barrier.

Directions

After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount of Oat-In Calming Gel Cream to your face after toner or serum. Gently pat for absorption.
