The Nine Less Ever-Youth Dual Effect Eye Cream is a revolutionary dual-action formula that delivers instant lifting effects and long-term eye care. Formulated with 3.5% Sodium Silicate and 3.6% Magnesium Aluminum Silicate to create an invisible "second skin" effect, gently hugging the under-eye area to provide an instant lifting sensation and visibly reducing puffiness within seconds, lasting up to 8 hours. Directions

Apply pea-sized amount morning and evening to cleansed skin. Gently pat around orbital bone with ring finger from inner corner outward. Allow 3-5 minutes to dry for maximum lifting effect.
